Jess A. Lorona is a partner at Lorona Mead, PLC, in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been practicing law for 35 years and is licensed in all Arizona courts as well as federal courts situated in the District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lorona is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Court of Federal Claims.
