Biography
Frank is a family law and civil litigator with more than two decades of courtroom experience. Before law school, Frank was a member of the United States Air Force (1990-1994). During law school, Frank served as the Editor-in-Chief of his law school's Law Review and graduated second in his class. He also taught the Federal Rules of Evidence as an adjunct law professor.
Frank has handled family law matters statewide, including on appeal, and has handled civil matters in Arizona's state and federal courts. Frank also handles civil appeals and has argued or handled cases in Arizona's Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
In his family law practice, Frank handles dissolution of marriage matters from the simple to the complex. Frank also handles cases involving legal decision making, parenting time, child support, and grandparents rights. While Frank is an experienced trial lawyer, the objective of any family law case is to resolve the case as efficiently and inexpensively as possible without going to court.
In his civil practice, Frank handles employment and labor matters and represents parties in cases involving covenants not to compete, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, sexual harassment, and discrimination. Frank also represents parties in securities litigation and arbitration. Frank also handles business disputes and represents licensed professionals before state licensing boards.

Frank is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Arizona. In that capacity, Frank has argued before the Arizona Superior Courts, the Arizona Courts of Appeal and the Arizona Supreme Court. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the Arizona District Court and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
